The chest is an area concern starting from adolescence and can remain or become a complex during adulthood. Pregnancies, loss of volume or naturally small breasts can grow back thanks to two breast augmentation techniques that provide the desired cleavage.
Breast augmentation is surgery that aims at increasing the volume of the breast, as well as beautifying it. It does not only improve the size of the breast, but also its shape and firmness, in order to improve or restore the balance of the silhouette. It is one of the most common procedures in cosmetic surgery, with a very high satisfaction rate.

Breast augmentation can be achieved by placing breast prostheses, which involves placing breast implants in the breasts to restore volume and redesign them. At the same time, it is possible to correct asymmetry or sagging breasts, which gives a youthful result.
Breast implants are differentiated by:
They can be placed in front of or behind the pectoral muscle, as well as by performing a combination of these two layers (Dual Layers). The procedure can be performed with an incision under the breast (sub-mammary), around the lower edge of the areola or in the armpit.
Each choice of implant, location, and scar has its advantages and disadvantages. All these different options will be explained to you by Dr Alain Gagnon, who will help you chose the best option according to your wishes, your health and your anatomy.

Before the surgery, your surgeon will see you for an initial consultation. This is the opportunity for him to learn about your history, but also to examine your chest to choose the best technique to use.
Your surgeon first makes a 4 to 5 mm incision that will allow him to insert the prostheses. These incisions are then hidden in the breast crease, around the nipples or in the armpits.
He then sets up a space to insert the breast prostheses. These will then be placed between the pectoral muscle and the mammary gland, behind the pectoral muscle or one part behind the pectoral muscle and another under the mammary gland.
After the surgery, the surgeon closes the incisions and places a shaping bandage over your scars.
The results of breast augmentation are immediately visible. However, the breasts have a natural shape after three months, when the edema subsides and the bruises disappear. However, the final results appear after a year. The more elastic your skin is, the more optimal the result will be. Finally, your breasts will be affected by time and gravity, like a natural breast.
After a breast augmentation, it will be reshaped. You get a natural result, in harmony with your silhouette.
Choose a modern and innovative cosmetic surgery for a unique and natural result which is adapted to your desires and needs.
